I do not have FTP capabilities on this freebee web site. So we are going to trick your browser into downloading the file. The hyperlink below is to a WinZip file. Once you click on the hyperlink, your browser will ask you if you would like to save or open the file.

Select save and download it to a temporary directory on your hard drive.

Are you upgrading from an earlier version of URTB? If so, go to Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs, and uninstall the old version first. You could just copy over the new exe file, but I do not recommend this practice. Go ahead and uninstall the old program first. This will keep things like your Windows Registry clean.

If you added an icon to your desktop for the old version, you will have to delete it manually before you add another icon for the upgrade.

You will need a copy of WinZip to decompress the installation files. If you are not familiar with WinZip, download their evaluation program and try it out for free. It is a MUST HAVE for any computer user. Play with it for a while and cough up the $29. It is world class software.

Now open Window Explorer, go to the directory where you saved the file and double click the file icon to start the UnZipping process. When prompted, save the files in the same directory where you have the original zip file.

There will now be a setup.exe file in the list. You can double click it in Windows Explorer to start the installation process. Just answer the prompts and the installation will be complete. The default installation will be in C:\Program Files\URTBv40.

URTB was written and compiled using MS Visual Basic 5. I have included all the support files you could possibly need for the installation.

I have used these small routines on a daily basis for some time now and have made significant efforts to assure that all the data and calculations are correct. However, use this software at your own risk. I do not warrant or guarantee URTB in any way. If you should find an error, please email me with a detailed description where I can re-create the problem and fix it for future releases of URTB.

If there are no major errors found, this will be the last version of URTB. I would like to thank all those who have helped me find and fix errors in the past versions and for all the kind words of those who have used URTB.
